Warranty Policy

Standard Warranty Coverage

All machines sold by Alsale Services are covered by a 12-month standard warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What's Covered

The following defects and failures are covered at no additional cost during the warranty period:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Component failure arising under normal operating conditions
• Electrical faults not caused by external power surges or misuse
• Software bugs or firmware malfunctions in factory-installed software
• Mechanical failures in sensors, feed rollers, and sorting mechanisms
• Display and interface component failures

What's Not Covered

The warranty does not apply to the following:

• Physical damage caused by drops, impacts, or improper handling
• Water, liquid, or moisture damage of any kind
• Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Consumable items such as ink cartridges, thermal paper, and cleaning supplies
• Normal wear and tear including cosmetic scratches and fading
• Damage from incorrect voltage, power surges, or unstable power supply
• Machines used outside of their specified operating conditions

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Follow these steps to initiate a warranty claim. We aim to resolve all claims within 7–14 business days.

   Contact Our Support Team

   Submit a ticket on our Support page or call +233 (0) 54 441 7517. Select "Warranty Claim" as the category.

2. 02

   Provide Proof of Purchase & Serial Number

   Have your original invoice or receipt ready, along with the machine's serial number (found on the back or underside of the unit).

3. 03

   Technician Diagnosis

   An Alsale-certified technician will assess the fault, either remotely, at your premises, or at a service centre — depending on the nature of the issue.

4. 04

   Repair or Replacement

   Covered faults will be repaired at no charge. If the unit cannot be repaired to manufacturer specification, we will replace it with an equivalent model.
