3. Orders & Pricing

All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

4. Payment

Payment is due in accordance with the terms selected at checkout, which may include full upfront payment, bank transfer, or an approved financing arrangement through one of our partner banks. Ownership of goods transfers upon receipt of full payment.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and on order confirmation but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided. Delivery delays caused by customs, logistics partners, or force majeure events are outside our control.

7. Returns & Cancellations

Custom or configured orders and consumable items are non-returnable. Standard stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original, unused condition, subject to inspection and a restocking fee. Contact our support team to initiate a return.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and software — is the property of Alsale Services Limited or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Prohibited Use

• Using the site for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable regulation
